“ The International Journal of Yoga and Allied Sciences (IJOYAS) is a premier, interdisciplinary, and peer-reviewed publication, proudly serving as the official journal of the Indian Association of Yoga. Established in 2012, the journal is dedicated to advancing the scholarly synthesis of traditional yogic wisdom and contemporary scientific inquiry.

IJOYAS provides a global forum for high-quality, original research across a broad spectrum of Yogic Science and its allied fields. Our scope encompasses Yoga Philosophy & Psychology, Consciousness Studies, Ayurveda, Medical & Therapeutic Applications, Education, Sports Sciences, Physiology, Biochemistry, and Literary Studies.
